It was fine for what we needed but had we paid more, we would’ve been very disappointed

the beds were very comfy and it is a good location, we did stay during songkran so we got soaked as soon as we left but it is close to everything

it is very dated and needs some renovation, below the pool area has a lot of maintenance around and could’ve dangerous for children. the breakfast wasn’t a buffet and was very limited.

We had really great time here. Even there wasn’t so many guests we had the servis you need. Everything was perfectly clean, the room was cleaned every day. Hot water in the shower. Very friendly stuff.

Disappointed.

Not much. The staff were nice enough. Swimming pool looked nice. Parking was ok.

Room was very dated (old), and not so clean, smelled very musty, they tried to clean again but smell was the same, breakfast was poor, this hotel should not be classed as 4 star as it is in your site, maybe 3 star at most.

Breakfast was OK except for the cheese, typical buffet set up with a variety of Thai dishes and bakery. The room was nice and the bed was very comfortable. I had a great night's sleep. The room has great amenities and a control system by the bed for the AC. Other than the complication with bringing drink to the poolside, the staff were very friendlyand polite.

When we arrived there were very little guests in the hotel and the pool area was empty. We asked if we could bring some drink that we purchased to the pool as it was empty and we didn't think it would be an issue.. They initially said no then they said if we wanted to it would be 300 baht to drink our own. (Bearing in mind I have brought drinks to the poolside from a variety of 4 star and 5 star hotels on the island with no charge) Even though the pool bar was in construction and the other bar was on the rooftop quite an inconvenience going up and down. The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned prior to arrival, from the sink to the draining system and basic hotel necesseties were not replenished such as tissue, soap. The bathroom doors are also awkward opening from the outside blocking the door, but that was a minor. And the cheese during breakfast... Was so old! Left out of the fridge for too long. You need to check what constitutes as a cheese plate and check your produce regularly.

Bedroom was like a home from home, comfiest bed ever, amazing and luxurious. Slippers, dressing gowns provided. Bathrooom luxury. Lounge has extra large sofa, 2 tv’s mini kitchen,

The breakfast buffet is pitifull, hard bread, soggy cornflakes, warm milk, no idea how to cook eggs however Thai food choice very good especially the noodle soup and fried rice dishes.

The beds were not super comfortable - a bit hard. And we looked into a wall of flowers when we tried to look out of the window. All views were a bit off since the hotel is covered in wood.

To the Owner! My wife and I once had dinner with you when you first opened your hotel we wished you good luck and said we would stay one day! We would like to bring to your notice that we checked in on the 16th January on entering our room stank of dampness and the bathroom was full of mound and hadn’t been cleaned! The toilet was blocked and when I flushed it it filled with farces! I showed the staff instantly the all took photos and apologized and said it would be taken care of! My room wasn’t cleaned for two days I was going to stay for 14 but checked out as I couldn’t even use the toilet in my room!!! I complained many times and ended up having attitude with the main receptionist, she told me to leave if I didn’t like it! Wow is she now the owner? The breakfast was so below standard and everything seemed grubby and unkept! The staff we unfriendly and seemed to have attitude. My wife who is Thai even said she was astonished how rude one particular member of staff was (I have posted a picture) I hate complaining but on this occasion I feel that the way I was treated I have no other option!

Breakfast was good, pool area also nice private. Staff was very friendly everywhere in the hotel, they know how to treat the client. Good location to the beach also, nice walk there and back-- no problem that its not right on the beach.

Camera in gym, right in your face - its annoying if you try to do some serious training or any training.

The Gallery is an excellent hotel for a luxury break. The staff were extremely nice and helped with any queries we had about anything. A good and varied breakfast buffet was included and Happy helpful staff in the cube restaurant area who cheered me up every morning. The room was great and had an excellent central control panel for the light, air con, do not disturb, alarms etc loved it. A large and very comfortable bed

The only bad things about our stay at the Gallery was the Internet strength in our room - we were the last room in the corridor and consequently had to leave the room for a decent connection. We were not aware that the spa was being refurbished before our arrival.

Nice breakfast, comfortable beds, nice beach nearby.

The whole staff is unpleasant; when we arrived, the women was on the phone making a personal call, and she told us to wait while she was laughing! A second one came, didn't say hello and took care of the check in without a smile or a word. My friend had to wait 20 minutes for a glass of hot milk during breakfast. The rest of our stay was on the same level.

Very helpful desk staff and attentive breakfast room staff, good breakfast selection.

Nothing to dislike although we were initially disappointed that the hotel is no longer associated with the 5-Star Emerald Cove hotel so that guests can use the pool and facilities there as stated in the listing, now updated.

Super nice and warm staffs,very helpful. Clean and huge room ,convenient location close to street food ,public beach and motorcycle rental.

The doors at the studio rooms seems unsafe thought it’s actually very safe ;) since it’s on the first floor and it’s made of glasses,had to use curtains at all time .

The hotel looks very fine everything was more than ok even the swimmingpool.the room was excellent and very clean,the flat screen had a lot of channels and the mini bar was also very good. there was also a little gym in This accomodation.

The restaurant was very very bad,it was a Japanese restaurant but it didn’t came close to that I ordered a fish menu and I saw all the fish was old and didn’t taste that we’ll anymore. The breakfast was ok nothing special. In the room was only one little detail,the shower could be better. And there was no beach you had to go to another accommodation for that or find something else for reach the beach
